Make regular appointments with your doctor

Catch up with your doctors for routine checkups and to make sure that all is well with your body. It always helps to have an early detection of the problem rather than waiting till the last minute to be told about a condition. You can also use that as an opportunity to ask any questions about your health that you may have.

Keep your weight in check

Obesity is the most common disease that has so many people in its trap. We all try to shake off the pounds but the amount of effort that it requires manages to dissuade quite a lot of people. You should, however, keep a close eye on your BMI and weight so as to live a healthy life.

Always keep a food journal

You should write down all the food that you eat during the day. This will help you keep a close watch on your diet and refrain you from eating unhealthy food unmindful. You should be very careful of what you eat for the sake of your health and long term health goals.
